Do you charge any application fees?
No! We do not charge our clients to apply for a mortgage loan with us whether or not you end up closing with our firm.
Will my credit score drop after applying?
No! Your credit scores are unaffected by most mortgage inquiries. We also do not do a “hard” pull when you are looking to get pre-qualify. Your trimerge credit report is obtained once you are moving forward with a full pre-approval or going under contract with a home.
Do you offer any first time homebuyer loans and assistance programs?
Absolutely! We love working with first time homebuyers and we have programs that allow for as little as 1% down as well as first time homebuyer grants in Atlanta and down payment assistance programs up to 5% of the purchase price.
